Volunteer at Muddy Dog Challenge

Nottingham Volunteer 3.jpg

Our Muddy Dog Challenge events are so much fun and most importantly raise vital funds to support the dogs and cats at Battersea. However, it wouldn’t be possible to put on these events without the support of amazing volunteers.

Applications for 2019 volunteers are now open.

Help us out at an event

As a Muddy Dog volunteer you could find yourself looking after a muddy obstacle, checking in participants and their dogs, handing out medals or cheering participants and their pooches through the finish line.

You’ll definitely make lots of new friends (both of the two and four-legged variety), get a bit muddy and have lots of fun.

You’ll also bag yourself a Muddy Dog Challenge T-shirt, badge and tote bag to take home.

By giving up your valuable time, as well as having a great day out, you’ll enable us to raise vital funds for the dogs and cats at Battersea.

Battersea knows that we can’t do what we do – to the level that we do it – without our incredible volunteers. So, if you decide that you can help us out, thank you so much! We’ll see you in the mud.

Watch our video below for an inside look at what it’s like to volunteer at Muddy Dog Challenge events.

And don't take our word for it - hear what our past volunteers thought of the experience.

Gemma Manvell, Volunteer

"I had a really enjoyable day... everyone seemed confident in what they were doing. 10/10 would volunteer again!"

Paige Skinner, Volunteer

"As a dog lover, it’s wonderful to see the dogs having so much fun. It’s great to meet the other volunteers who come from all walks of life."
